ABOUT THIS PAINTING
Chickadees are one of my favorite birds and I watch them regularly as they are routine visitors at my bird feeder. During early spring strolls, the budding trees and bushes are so abundant with busy birds that sometimes you can’t hear over the chirping. My love for this type of bird is incentive enough to paint them in any scene and I liked the contrast of old and new growth of the blackberry brambles and interesting study.
